Roman Sledziejowski is a Polish-born American entrepreneur who serves as the Vice Chairman of the international management consulting firm, Savant Strategies.

Early Career
Roman’s professional journey began at the age of 17 when he worked part-time at Salomon Smith Barney, a Member of Travelers Group, during his senior year of high school in New York City.

Education and Achievements
After graduating as the valedictorian of his high school class, Roman Sledziejowski pursued a degree in Economics at Columbia University. During his high school years, he demonstrated excellence both academically and athletically. He captained the varsity soccer team, playing as a striker, and earned the title of Most Valuable Player (MVP) for three consecutive years. Additionally, he was an active member of the varsity track and field team, competing in various meets across New York State.

Youngest NASD-Licensed Stockbroker
At just 18 years old, Roman became the youngest stockbroker in the United States to obtain licensure from the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD). He then began working full-time as an Investment Associate at Smith Barney, a Member of Citigroup.
