Michigan Ross Launches New Business Analytics Master’s

It’s been a big week at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. On Tuesday (May 11), the Ross School announced the appointment of an interim replacement for its popular outgoing dean. Then on Thursday (May 13), Michigan announced the launch of a whole new program.

The Ross School is launching a new Master of Business Analytics to its portfolio of top-ranked one-year master’s programs. The new 10-month residential program will begin in June 2022, with applications open in July of this year. UNF to offer new master’s degree in business analytics

The University of North Florida’s Coggin College of Business will offer a new master of science in business analytics (MSBA) program in the fall of 2021.

According to a release from UNF, the program will train future business leaders to use data to influence decision-making and drive business innovation.

The MSBA program is a 30-credit hour (10 course) STEM-designated program that allows for flexibility as students can complete the degree while attending full- or part-time.

“Business analytics knowledge and experience is one of the most sought-after skills for employers,” said Lakshmi Goel, UNF Coggin Graduate and Executive Programs associate dean, in the release.

Arizona State University: Top 10 ASU Business Analytics Master’s Degree Coming To Los Angeles

Arizona State University’s plans for its new ASU California Center in downtown Los Angeles took another step forward with the announcement that the W. P. Carey School of Business will be launching its highly ranked Master of Science in business analytics in California for the fall 2021 semester.

The program is currently accepting applications for the first cohort, part of ASU’s inaugural class of students based in California.

The ASU California Center is located in the historic Los Angeles Herald Examiner building, constructed by William Randolph Hearst and completed in 1914. Opening in August, ASU’s new home in California will include classrooms, conference spaces, venues for community events and more. In addition to the W. P. Carey School, more than 15 academic colleges and administrative units will call the ASU California Center home, including the recently christened Sidney Poitier New American Film School.
