In the early stages of the development of internet technology, no one imagined that it would become an important invention and tool for providing employment for the youth, especially in the rural areas. It has now been made a reality for the educated youth in rural areas of UP. The youth are taking an interest in opening Common Service Centres (CSC) for creating self-employment.
 
Over the last two months, as many as 89, 945 youths in the rural areas have shown interest in opening CSCs, and out of these 53,026 youths have already opened CSCs and are providing benefits of 258 services of 35 government departments of the state government to the public and earning money.
